Vikki Seymour, Dietary Director, started working at the Sublette Center in 2000 as an aide. After a few years she moved to the Dietary department. She took another job for a year, but missed the Sublette Cetner and returned as the Lead Cook until becoming Dietary Director in October 2023. Vikki has always loved to cook. In her earlier life, she tried accounting and dentistry school, but hated both. She loves being at the Sublette Center because you always find out the most interesting things from the residents. Vikki also values giving back to her community.
