Sublette County Health operates the Pinedale Medical Clinic and the Marbleton/Big Piney Medical Clinic, provides countywide EMS services covering Sublette County and La Barge, and manages Heritage Home, a 50-bed skilled nursing facility with dedicated memory care. Our new 8-bed hospital features a 24/7 Emergency Department, imaging, and laboratory services—delivering the best care, close to home.
