About Us
The Sublette County Hospital District operates two healthcare clinics, the Pinedale Medical Clinic and the Marbleton/ Big Piney Medical Clinic. We also operate an EMS service, which covers all of Sublette County and La Barge. And a Skilled Nursing Facility, the Heritage Home which is licensed for 50 beds (10 of which are memory care). Finally, our new 8-bed hospital has an attached Emergency Department along with Imaging and laboratory services
