Lara Hayward - Social Services

Lara Hayward, Social Services, has been a part of the Sublette Center team since 1998. She started her career at Sublette Center as a Certified Nursing Assistant and fell in love with caring for the residents, residents’ families, and her team. “My time as a CNA supported and informed me, helping to shape me into the caregiver and person I am today.” Lara has served in many different capacities at Sublette Center and is truly grateful to have been allowed to serve as a member of the interdisciplinary team and assist with everything from resident care coordination to environmental services, to staff management. She has a love and a passion for caring for seniors and values the amazing heritage that makes up Sublette Center. “I have had the great privilege of working for and with some of the most incredible members of our community” Lara’s current position as the Social Service Coordinator and EVS Supervisor merges her extensive experience and personality. Lara truly loves nothing more than working with residents and their families. When not at work, Lara loves being in nature “swimming in Fremont Lake and trekking around this beautiful country we live in”. Most of Lara’s adventures are filled with her greatest love; her three amazing kiddos (Sublette County raised) and her five grandbabies.
