This year, Sublette County Health Foundation has embarked on a $4 million fundraising campaign to bring our healthcare facilities and services to new heights. Your donation can make a real difference in the lives of Sublette County residents and directly supports these projects for the Critical Access Hospital and Sublette Center:
Radiology Equipment: $1 million will purchase essential radiology equipment, including an X-ray machine, a 32-slice CT scanner, and a 3D digital tomosynthesis mammography machine.
DEXA Machine: $60,000 will purchase a DEXA machine, which is used to measure bone density. This is essential for diagnosing and treating osteoporosis and other bone diseases.
MRI Machine: $2 million will complete the shelled space for an MRI machine. This would allow Sublette County to provide MRI services locally, which would save patients time and money.
Sublette Center Outdoor Spaces: $750,000 will create outdoor living spaces for residents of the Sublette Center, including patios, flower gardens, a walking path, and raised beds for gardening.
Sublette Center Fireplaces: $25,000 will install three fireplaces at the Sublette Center, including one in the Memory Care Unit and two in the main areas.
Architectural Design of Surgery Suites: $190,000 will fund the architectural design of surgery suites at the new hospital. This is an important step towards providing surgical services locally.
