Important Information Regarding UnitedHealthcare Coverage at Sublette County Health 
 
Sublette County Health is providing the following information to clarify the current status of UnitedHealthcare participation within our organization. 
 
Clinic Services 
 
The following clinic locations currently participate with UnitedHealthcare: 
 
• Pinedale Medical Clinic 
• Marbleton Big Piney Clinic 
 
Patients receiving services at these clinic locations may continue to access care from participating providers in accordance with their individual UnitedHealthcare plan benefits and coverage requirements. 
 
Hospital Services 
 
At this time, Sublette County Hospital is not participating as an in-network facility with UnitedHealthcare. 
 
Sublette County Health continues to engage with UnitedHealthcare regarding potential network participation for hospital services. While discussions are ongoing, no timeline or guarantee can be provided regarding future contracting status. 
 
Patients are encouraged to contact UnitedHealthcare directly to verify their specific coverage, benefits, and out-of-network responsibilities prior to receiving services.
