Raymond is a people‑centered HR leader known for developing practical, sustainable solutions that align employee needs with organizational goals. He has spent the past five years working specifically in the healthcare sector, providing dedicated HR support to skilled nursing facilities & senior living. This experience has given him a strong understanding of the complex workforce, compliance, and operational challenges unique to modern healthcare environments.

Throughout his career, Raymond has advanced through increasingly senior HR roles, including Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, HR Business Partner, HR Manager, and Director of Human Resources, Sr. Director of Human Resources. This progression has allowed him to build deep, hands‑on expertise in leadership support, talent strategy, employee engagement, regulatory compliance, and organizational effectiveness. His leadership approach emphasizes accessibility, consistency, and collaboration.

Raymond focuses on building a strong, scalable, and people‑centered HR function that supports both employees and organizational priorities.
