Ashlee Merriam

Ashlee Merriam - RN, BSN Assistant Director of Nursing - Heritage Home

Ashlee Merriam has been a dedicated member of the Sublette Center team since 2011, when she began her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant. With more than 15 years of experience in healthcare, she brings deep knowledge, compassion, and a strong commitment to patient-centered care to her role.

In 2023, Ashlee earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nightingale College, further strengthening her clinical expertise and leadership within the District. She is a valued member of the team at Heritage Home, where she appreciates the close-knit, family-like environment among her colleagues. Ashlee finds great fulfillment in building meaningful relationships with residents and providing high-quality, compassionate care.

Outside of work, Ashlee enjoys spending time outdoors camping and boating, tending to her garden, and playing with her dogs.
