Improving The Quality Of Care For Our Rural Community in Wyoming

As a hospital district serving a small rural community in Wyoming, we understand the importance of building and maintaining trust with our patients and the wider community.  Last year alone, our clinics saw over 19,000 patient visits. That is why we are committed to continually improving care in Sublette County.

Our Mission

At the heart of our mission is providing quality medical care to those who need it most. We understand that our patients and the wider community expect nothing less than the best, and we are committed to delivering on that promise. Our hospital district is undergoing significant changes, and we are confident that these changes will lead to a better experience for our patients.

Improving Your Experience

As part of an ongoing effort to continue to improve patient care, we have instituted patient satisfaction surveys with the nationally renowned company Press Ganey. The first quarter of surveys showed an 80% positive rating in all three subsets (Pinedale Clinic, Marbleton Clinic, and Emergency Department). The data from these surveys is being used to improve the quality of service in many areas, including waiting times, moving through your visit, and making sure employees properly introduce themselves at every encounter.

Commitment To Quality

Another key aspect of our efforts is our commitment to quality. We understand that trust is built on the consistent delivery of excellent care.  To that end, we have developed a new Quality Department that prioritizes your needs and allows you to be fully involved in your care. Our Quality team is being directed by Kristy Barlett, RN, and Sue Briggs Stanfill, EMT.  They each bring a wealth of experience to the task and will be focusing on infection prevention, risk management, compliance, and an environment of care.

High-Quality Care

Finally, we want to emphasize the importance of our staff in keeping your business. Our team of healthcare professionals is dedicated to providing the highest quality care, and we are proud to have an excellent team working with us. We are committed to supporting our team in their ongoing efforts to provide the best care possible.

We understand that trust is a vital component of any successful healthcare system, and we are committed to having that trust with our community in Wyoming. We believe that our investment in modern facilities, commitment to quality, and exceptional staff will help us build your trust and provide the high-quality medical care that you and your families deserve. We look forward to serving you and your families for many years to come.
