How Your Donation Makes a Difference

You can help the Sublette County Health Foundation achieve the final 6% of its fundraising goal.  We are taking donations for both year-end 2024 and 2025 commitments.  Your contributions support vital healthcare projects, including:

Funded Projects:

  • Radiology Equipment: $1 million for a CT scanner, X-ray machine, and 3D mammography tools.

  • DEXA Machine: $60,000 for osteoporosis and bone health diagnostics.

  • MRI Machine: $2 million for local MRI services, reducing travel for residents.

Still Needed:

  • Outdoor Spaces: $450,000 (45% funded) for gardens, patios, and walking paths at the Sublette Center.

  • Fireplaces: $25,000 (57% funded) for cozy, welcoming areas, including in Memory Care.

  • Surgery Suite Design: $190,000 (27% funded) to bring surgical services to Sublette County.

  • Unrestricted Giving: Unsure about which project to give for? Choose the unrestricted option! These funds will go towards any of the projects listed above!

Together, we can reach the finish line—thank you for your support!
